Jolene George started in Title at the young age of 15, working with her mother who was an escrow officer. While she grew up in the business, she explored other interests at the University of Sydney and graduated with a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies and was a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar. After her studies, she eventually returned to the Title business, worked her way up to a management position and soon after, became the co-founder and vice president of Capstone Land Transfer.

Jolene never settles for outdated systems or methods. Rooted in her solid foundation, she has kept up with the changes in technology in the ever-evolving industry which has contributed to Capstone’s continued growth and success. 

Jolene is the mother of two beautiful children, who keep her busy outside of work with cheer and baseball. She enjoys cooking for her family and has a tradition of “Sunday Meals”, where she specially prepares their favorite dishes. 

Jolene’s expertise and warm spirit are intangibles that provide peace of mind to agents and clients. To work with Jolene, is to experience the highest standard customer service, industry knowledge and professionalism.

Ryan Hess is a highly recognized real estate industry-expert in Pennsylvania. Since his initial licensure and start as an agent in 1995, he excelled as an agent, team leader, and award winning broker/owner for Coldwell Banker with over 300 agents and offices throughout central PA.

Ryan is a Partner and Co-Founder of Capstone Land Transfer, a PA Title Company.

His rare experience in real estate, mortgage, and the title industry with interactive oversight of more than 50,000 transactions empowers his ability to consult on a wide array of transactions.  In addition to conducting closings, he consults with our customers, investors, and agents on contract drafting, owner financing, private sales, real estate teams, deed transfers, and tough situations.   

While Ryan has an accomplished real estate resume, his passion is delivering exceptional customer service and solving problems for customers and agents. Colleagues and clients alike can rely on his wealth of knowledge, commitment to getting deals done, and integrity. When he isn’t immersed in his ever-expanding career, Ryan enjoys golf, pickleball, skiing, and sailing. Ryan has four adult children, two grandchildren, and two needy dogs.

Brian Zulli

Brian Zulli provides client advocacy and full-service legal resources as Capstone’s President, Co-Founder and in-house counsel. Once in private practice, Brian was hired as underwriting counsel for Conestoga Title in 2004 where he was promoted and oversaw the legal division. His career in Title continued to expand as he rose to General Manager and Attorney for a large multi agency title company . Eventually, Brian became the President and a partner with Guardian Transfer, Inc. where he served in that capacity until his company was acquired in October of 2014. 

Five years later, Brian and his current business partners embarked on a new venture and started Capstone Land Transfer, LLC. in Lemoyne, PA. Capstone’s clients have since benefited from Brian’s extensive legal knowledge, experience, and representation. He is a past president of the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and has been a frequent speaker at accredited seminars educating lawyers and real estate and title agents. .

Over the past three decades, Tim has secured a trusted and reliable reputation as a Settlement Agent in Lancaster. Tim embodies a strong sense of professionalism paying close attention and care to details no matter how small. He says regardless of how prepared you are in the industry there will often be surprises that arise; however with his 34 years experience and expertise he is certain there is always a solution. Tim has been a life-long Lancaster resident, graduating from Penn Manor and Elizabethtown College. Complimenting his acumen, his droll sense of humor keeps the settlement process lighthearted and easy-going for clients.

Jessica Brown is an experienced Real Estate professional with more than 15 years in the industry. Her solid foundation working for commercial and residential realtors results in her success as a highly organized and client-focused Title Processor. Jessica is a collaborative teammate who partners with buyers, sellers and realtors alike to ensure a smooth transaction for all. Because of her work-from-home schedule, Jessica is available after traditional business hours and emphasizes her commitment to quick and thorough communication. 
Beyond Real Estate, Jessica most enjoys spending time with her family and grandchildren. She owns a hobby farm and cares for numerous animals. She spends most of her time outside of work at Youth Rodeos and 4 H horse events with her daughter.
Jessica understands how big of a life transition it is to buy and sell real estate, and is dedicated to locking arms with clients to walk them through the process, every step of the way.

Josh Discavage is an established real estate professional who elevates his clients’ experience with his prior knowledge in mortgage lending and custom home building. Since joining Capstone, Josh has played an integral role in our expansion to York county and broadening Capstone’s client service area. One of Josh’s attributes as a Settlement Officer he is most proud of is his strong work ethic. He is known for his reliability and being readily available for clients.  When he’s not at settlements, Josh enjoys cooking, Philly’s sports and hanging with their family’s golden retriever. He also spends a great time supporting his son’s love of baseball as his coach.

As a previous mortgage processor of 33 years, Stephanie brings to Capstone a unique perspective to Title Processing. From beginning to end, Stephanie is highly organized, attentive to deadlines and ensures each transaction crosses the finish line successfully. Her strong personality, in-depth knowledge, and client care make her an ideal advocate for agents and home buyers alike. While Stephanie is people oriented through and through, she enjoys spending her weekends unplugged having quality time with her family at their cabin.

Laura Flowers began her endeavors in Real Estate in 2020 earning her Brokers License and Senior Real Estate Specialist Certification in Washington State. Soon after planting roots in Lancaster Pennsylvania, and fueled by the passion for the career she left in Seattle, she leaped into the Title business in 2023. Laura now doubles as a Title Processor and Social Media guru for Capstone Land Transfer. She understands that life changes, such as purchasing a property and moving can be a very stressful and emotional event. Laura practices compassion and kindness and believes that an educated client is an empowered one. Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her dog Miles, and cat Frasier. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher and enjoys weightlifting.

Bev Lease is a seasoned Title and Escrow Professional with more than 36 years of experience. The most attributing trait to her longevity as a Title Examiner is her keen attention to detail. Her commitment to accuracy allows her to navigate and resolve title issues with certainty, giving Capstone clients a peace of mind as they approach the settlement table.  Outside of the office, Bev enjoys scrapbooking, visiting her cabin in Centre County and spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Lily Manges leverages her years of expertise in real estate to be Capstone Land Transfer’s rockstar Order Opener. Lily works behind the scenes ensuring each request for Title is initiated and handled in a timely manner. She is attentive to detail and is reputable for her ability to handle and organize a high volume of tasks. Lily earned her Bachelors in Paralegal Studies and Criminal Justice at Liberty University. While she has been with Capstone for three years, she spent 12 years as a Transaction Manager, is a PA licensed realtor, and has worked alongside her Husband, Jason Manges, on the Manges Homes Team. Lily maintains a busy schedule in and out of work.Their family has two active dogs, Lucy, a coonhound rescue, and Tony, an English Setter rescue from Greece. Her two step-sons are active with college athletics, including Golf and Cross Country and her daughter Layla is a competitive Cheerleader. She also enjoys spending all the time she can with her six siblings- who she calls her best friends.

With more than 20 years in the Title Industry, Jenn Masser is known for her integrity and reliability amongst clients and colleagues. Undeniably committed to her career, Jenn earned a Paralegal degree from Central Penn College with a focus on Real Estate Law.  Buying and selling real estate can be stressful for many, however Jenn’s positive and uplifting attitude combined with her years of experience, provides reassurance to all who have the pleasure of working with her. She has built countless relationships with clients, who have since become friends, over her time as a settlement agent. She finds the most rewarding piece of her career is helping people achieve their dream  of home ownership. Relationships are at the heart of all she does; she enjoys spending time with her two kids, her husband and her friends. Most of her time outside of work is spent traveling, reading, enjoying music and being on her farm.

Christine Sadorf is the Finance Manager at Capstone Land Transfer. Specializing in Title Insurance accounting, Christine applies her 20 years of knowledge and acumen to all of Capstone’s unique transactions. Christine is highly attentive to detail and values compliance ensuring all finance needs are done in a timely manner and with accuracy. Her comprehensive experience has included implementing and maintaining financial systems, streamlining financial processes, and being a key role in company acquisitions. With her knowledge and powerful problem solving skills, she has continually made a positive impact on her colleagues and clients of Capstone. When she isn’t working, Christine enjoys baking, crafting and spending time with her family.

Denise Semler is a Licensed Title Insurance Agent serving Capstone clients in the Reading/Wyomissing area. With 40 years under her belt, there isn’t much Denise hasn’t seen. She has learned every aspect of the business from opening files, to managing successful in-house title agencies. Denise is known for going the extra-mile in both her personal and professional relationships. She possesses exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and the client experience is the center of which her work revolves. Denise is an avid supporter of local musicians and artists and when she isn’t at work she enjoys live shows with friends and family.

Donny Sienkiewicz embarked on his career in Title 8 years ago, and since then he has touched every aspect of the business from opening files to closing transactions. Growing up in the business, Tracey Stoner remembers going to the courthouse as a teenager and observing her mother conduct Title searches. 30 years later, and with a commitment to accuracy, Tracey still enjoys researching and unveiling title issues needing to be resolved. She has an eye for detail and is known for professionalism and promptness on file timelines. When Tracey isn’t at work she has fun playing games like Bingo, puzzles and going to the Casino. She also enjoys going camping with her family.

Casey entered the business four years ago and leverages his values in accountability and communication to be a reputable Post Closer. With entrepreneurship in his bones, Casey started his own business in addition to title work–Divine Dove Release, LLC. Whether it be releasing doves at a wedding or a funeral, Casey has been wholly present at clients’ most vulnerable life moments. He understands real estate transactions as well can be an emotionally heavy time in people’s lives and shows up for clients with his sincere desire to serve. Outside of his professional endeavors, Casey has a passion for cars and motorcycles.
